Victoria Macri Selected to Serve as a SUNY Oneonta Very Influential Peer

Victoria Macri of Staten Island was selected to serve as a SUNY Oneonta Very Influential Peer (VIP) for the 2014-2015 academic year.

VIPs work with freshmen who live in the college's First Year Experience (FYE) residence halls or are enrolled in the First Year Seminar. Their role in the seminar is to reinforce messages from the professor, to serve as a peer mentor, and to provide information about college life. They also assist with the Freshman 15, a program series exclusively for new students.

Macri, a junior majoring in Biology, is a graduate of Port Richmond High School.
