Madeline Jones Wins Art Award at SUNY Oneonta

Madeline Jones of Churchville, NY, was one of 17 SUNY Oneonta students selected to receive awards for artwork displayed in the college's Annual Student Juried Art Exhibition.

The exhibition, featuring more than 100 works by student artists, opened April 14 and runs through May 17 in the college's Martin-Mullen Art Gallery.

Jones received the George E. Zimmerman Memorial Award for a work in pencil and colored pencil titled "Perched." Jones is a junior majoring in theatre and art at SUNY Oneonta.
