Lauren Bower competes for the SUNY Oneonta women's track and field team

Lauren Bower, a Sociology major from Westbury, NY was a member of the 2015-16 SUNY Oneonta women's track and field team.

The Red Dragons won both the SUNYAC Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Championships for the first time in program history.

Lauren was a member of both the indoor and outdoor teams this year and competed in sprint events. Indoor season accomplishments: SUNYAC champion in the 1600m relay and USTFCCCA All-Region (distance medley relay). Outdoor season accomplishments: SUNYAC medalist after placing third in the 4x400m relay.
