Kayla Mackey Wins Art Award at SUNY Oneonta

Kayla Mackey of Spencerport, NY, was one of 17 SUNY Oneonta students selected to receive awards for artwork displayed in the college's Annual Student Juried Art Exhibition.

The exhibition, featuring more than 100 works by student artists, opened April 14 and runs through May 17 in the college's Martin-Mullen Art Gallery.

Mackey received the George E. Zimmerman Memorial Award for a work in stone titled "Serenity." Mackey is a junior majoring in computer art at SUNY Oneonta.
