Joscia Ralph Admitted to SUNY Oneonta

Joscia Ralph of Brooklyn, NY, has been admitted to SUNY Oneonta as a transfer student. Approximately 1,100 new freshmen and 560 transfer students began their studies at SUNY Oneonta on Monday, Aug. 25.

The SUNY Oneonta fall 2014 transfer class has an average cumulative grade-point average of 3.2.Ralph will major in Childhood Education (1-6) at SUNY Oneonta.
