Chelsea Collins Inducted into SUNY Oneonta Chapter of Chi Alpha Sigma

Chelsea Collins of St. James, NY, was inducted into the SUNY Oneonta chapter of Chi Alpha Sigma, the National College Athlete Honor Society, on April 11. Collins who is majoring in Art, is a member of the Lacrosse team at SUNY Oneonta.

Collins was one of 15 scholar-athletes inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma during a luncheon held in celebration of National Student Athlete Day and NCAA Division III Week. To qualify for induction into Chi Alpha Sigma, a student must have achieved at least junior standing with a cumulative 3.4 grade point average while earning a varsity letter in an NCAA intercollegiate sport. Each student athlete must also be of good moral character and have the endorsement of both the head coach of his or her sport and the chapter president.
