Alyssa Lupinski Presents Project at Student Research and Creative Activity Day

2014 May 13

Alyssa Lupinski of Ilion, NY, was one of 191 SUNY Oneonta students who presented original research and creative projects at the college's annual Student Research and Creative Activity Day on March 26.

Lupinski worked with Michael Brown of the Department of Psychology on a project titled "The 'Battered Spouse Syndrome': Mock Juror Decisions in Cases of Same- and Opposite-Sex Violent Resistance." Lupinski was the primary presenter for the project.

Created to recognize and promote undergraduate scholarship and creative activity, Student Research and Creative Activity Day has become the premier on-campus event for academic student exhibition. A total of 191 students, supported by 73 faculty sponsors, participated in this year's event, which featured presentations on a wide variety of topics across academic disciplines.
