Adam Szelkowski Selected to Serve as a Transfer Student Mentor

Adam Szelkowski of Endicott was selected to serve as a SUNY Oneonta Transfer Student Mentor (TSM) for the 2014-2015 academic year.

Transfer Student Mentors lead programs and work closely with transfer students living in the Hulbert Hall T-Side wing. TSMs also assist with the Transfer Committee, which meets monthly to hear and address transfer students' concerns, and with Transfers Take The Lead, a series of programs and events designed to get transfer students engaged in LEAD@Oneonta programming and with the SUNY Oneonta community. Only transfer students can apply for these positions. Additional criteria include a grade-point average of 2.5 or higher and involvement in a range of campus activities.

Szelkowski, a senior majoring in Business Economics, is a graduate of Union Endicott High Schoo.
